Zach Gwynn finished with career highs of 25 completions for 331 yards and two passing touchdowns.

He rushed for two touchdowns, the first two rushing scores of his career. Plack also set a career high, leading the Delaware defense with 14 tackles. Veteran's Day UD vs. UAlbany was a great experience at Delaware Stadium.

The stadium accommodates plenty, and the seats were good for the price paid. The UDMB had a patriotic themed half-time show, and the UD football played much better than they have in recent years (new coach!). I hope that UD continues to keep its football games at an affordable price. Governor Carney issued theTenth Revision to the 27th Modification of the State of Emergency Declarationwhich addressed face coverings for interscholastic sports. The revision provides guidance on the use of face coverings for DIAA spring sports during competition in non-high-risk sports.The updated guidance takes effect Wednesday, April 28 at 8am. Per the guidance, DIAA spring sport student athletes must wear face coverings except when actively engaged in practice or game play while on the field.

Face coverings should be worn on the sidelines and all other times when athletes are not engaged in active play. Delaware State returns to the road the following Saturday (Oct. 2) to take on another first-time opponent, Wagner College of the FCS Northeast Conference. The Seahawks played two of four scheduled games in the spring (0-2) and posted a 1-11 mark during the 2019 season.

For his career, Lee has totaled 3,909 all-purpose yards and is just 91 yards short of becoming just the ninth player in Delaware history to reach the 4,000-yard mark. Lee also sits at 2,195 career rushing yards and needs 220 yards to break into the top 10 in program history.
